Withdrawing UK & Indian Salary sametime

Post by tier1ilr2013 » Tue Dec 20, 2016 10:27 am

Hi,

I will be working from home for 1-2 hours/day from India. For payroll I have my own limited company in UK.
Since I have lots of spare time I am planning to work in India also.

Just wondering if I withdraw salary from Indian company & my limited company at same time, will there be any problem or I have to pay extra tax in UK/India?

Thanks for your help in advance.

There are going to be visa implications as well as tax implications.

Hi noajthan,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I am British citizen now with OCI, so I don't think I will have any visa issue.

Do I need to inform HRMC/Incometax? I am not able to find any information on this.

Well its just a tax matter then - contact friendly local tax office, if you can find one.
