Its long story but in short iapplied for ILR(10 years)base on 6th july 2012. Got refusal 12.02.2013. appealed against the HO decisions. First tier tribunal dismissed my appeal on 04.05.2013. Then i applied for upper tribunal and won the appeal on 12.10.2013. Since then i didn,t heard anything from Ho. Chase up letters 5 times. No response at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am Just lose my hope.Doing like a fight with HO. For there wrong decisions i am suffering. Ho don,t know how to count 10 years
Guys help me if you have any thoughts regarding this position.....
