Status after Appeal allowed to Limited Extent

Team Application.
Team member got BRP after allowed appeal 4 weeks ago.
Me appeal allowed to limited extent on 20th November. Appeal fee back 3rd December 2013.

After that no news.

My appeal was allowed to limited extent on 30 October 2013 and I have not heard anything from home office.

My team member reapply because he was not give a right of appeal but was refused again on the ground that the business is not genuine. They also made mistake by saying he applied alone this time around.

He submitted my appeal confirmation letter and the list of about 30 clients we have on our client list and still saying business is not genuine.

Appeal allowed to limited extent, HO decission declared unlawful and directed HO for fresh lawful decission
Date decission recieved : 18/12/2013
Appeal few refunded: 10/01/2014
After that no news ... Don't know how long HO wants us to wait further for a BRP or an another unwanted surprise.
