Tier 1 ( General 2nd Extension - Urgent help please

Hi

I am on Tier 1 (General) visa.

Visa Valid from 30th June 2010

First entered UK on 20th August 2010 ( 51 days late).

Got First Extension (3 YR) on 13th June 2012.

Current visa valid till 30th June 2015.

So far I have following days out of UK

As you can see above, looke like I will have to go for 2nd Extension. Please can senior members advise on following:

1. When I will be elliggible for ILR.
2. When should I apply for second extension so that I become elligible for ILR while considering my above mentioned days out from UK.
3. Now I have new born, I will like to have our second extension and new born UK visa at the same time.
4. Will we get 2 Yr or 3 YR extension this time.
