B2 Visit Visa

Dear All,

This is my scenario for my US application.

Me & my wife hold ILR and are of Pakistani citizenship. My daughter who was born here is of Uk citizenship.

I own a house and have well payed job. My only issue is that I recently bought a house from my savings and my bank balance has gone DOWN! I have less than 2k! My in laws live in the US and are US citizens. I need to visit US to attend family events.

Now my question is this, in terms of financial status, can my mother sponsor my family trip. She lives in the middle east.

If yes, what documents would I need to show at the consulate? Will my case still be strong? My in-laws are sending an invitation letter for me and wife to visit.

Any advice will be appreciated.
