IT Project Manager Job Required on Visit Visa

Hi,

I am doing job as a IT Project Manager in a software house from last 7 years in Lahore, Pakistan. Now a days im living in UK as on Family Visit Visa. Can i have some chance to get IT Job with sponsorship in UK? I want to settle in UK, what should i do? Can anyone help me to find good recruitment agencies who help me to find job with Sponsorship Letter.

Look for sponsor, get sponsor, return home, apply for for LTR under T2 Work Permit.

BTW, you can't live here on a Visit Visa.....
