Job creation after 06April 2014

It has been changed now and there should be two separate employees for at least full 12 months.
For those who entered route before 06/04/2014
They can employee 1 for 24 months/6 months/18 months.

Thanks for sharing, i think this will make kind of impossible to get extentions even for genuine businesses because of consective time period condition. Not fair

Thanks for sharing, need some advice from gurus here
The guidance does says about the 2 full time 12 months separate posts whereas it says it does not apply on the application successfully applied before 6th/April/14. I got my approval on 08/April/14 and it makes Me confused what does "successfully applied " stand for whether it the application postage or receiving of Resident permit (BRP). I your feed highly appreciate your feedback. Thanks
