I have just been refused with no right of appeal as this is my second application.
General grounds includes Overstaying for more than 28 days (Not True) amongst other biz credibility issues which I feel could be fought in court.
I have just seen a new lawyer who is charging me £3000 for the whole process
. By studying this forum, I've realised people actually put JR or PAP in themselves and then get a barrister when claim accepted by court.
Can anyone help with the process or a more flexible financial lawyer contact as I do not have any legal knowledge and do not want the case thrown out leaving me in another state of limbo.
Assistance needed from senior members or people who have gone through similar circumstance..
