Student visa to switching into entrepreneur tier 1 visa

Hi
My student visa is going to expire two month time and thinking to apply to entrepreneur Business tier 1 visa. I am not sure how much funds I need to show into my bank account for business investment?

A £50,000
B £ £200,000

it would be highly appreciated if some one help us in this regards
