Joining entrepreneur visa holder's business

Can one join someone who has got visa as a team (psw route) with 25k. Or one will need the 50k to join the already established business of the entrepreneur visa holder.

I think you need to ask this with an experienced immigration solicitor or directly to HO, as the question is very sophisticated and you've given visa considering you and your partner as an unit.

Thanks samaygrg for your response. Why i asked is that i have someone who has got his visa already (50k route) and i want to join his company. What i dont understand now is that if i can do so with 25k as a team member or i will need the 50k to do so since he has got his visa already. Do have contact email of UKBA ? @ unto1, since your friend got his visa through the single applicant route of 50k, you cannot join him except if you also invest your own separate 50k in his business.

You can get another partner who haven't got the visa yet so that you can share the 50k funds evidence between you.

Thanks Ola for your usual response. Finding the partner is the main problem am having now as I need to start with him/her now against July/ August application. I will keep searching anyway.

u can join but u both need to show £50k investment separately to claim the points for extension.
