BRPs for ILR holders are normally valid for a maximum of 10 years, similar to a British passport.

What does your BRP show with respect to your immigration status and any conditions of your stay?

Perhaps they sent you the wrong letter. Else, request a reconsideration.

My freind told me that they do give 2years to poeple if u don't have enought income coming in to your account, and cuz I worked only 6month in whole 2years and 3month, or u think I deserve to get ILR even without work and income ?

It's not an income issue as the same is required for FLR(M). Wait till the BRP arrives.

ILR is correct for a SET(M) application. So there is no issues here. Forget the letter and move on.
