Can anyone please help me? I had a 5 year eea visa that has now expired. I cannot get pr as my ex husband did not work or has refused me any documents to prove his exercise of treaty rights. He was abusive and I have all the evidence of the abuse. I have been here 21 years. Does anyone know if I can apply using the 20 year route. I was advised that the years that I had eea residents permit does not count. Is this correct. Please advise as I am desperate.
