is your wife in uk with you and you both will be travelling together to Germany ?
as BC you are allowed to live and work in any where in uk as uk is part of eu.

you should apply accompany eu spouse visa ,should be issued free of charge. you should submit marriage certificate and both passport .

ad in Germany you have three months to exercise treaty rights as an eu citizen .
first three months there are no requirement.
you can be employed, self employed .
you have right to work in all eea states.
