Visa expires and coming back as a visitor

Hi there.

My Tier 5 youth mobility visa runs out soon and i would like to know any information about leaving the country just before it expires and coming back into the UK a couple of days later as a visitor on a visitor visa. I will have proof that i intend to visit and not work and i will have an outbound ticket. Any information would be appreciated.

You will be treated with suspicion. Your proof needs to be very solid.

Yes we will have proof of a hired capmervan for 2 weeks, we also have a wedding 6 weeks after our visa expires so will have a wedding invitation etc and also proof of an outbound flight to Dublin and also a flight from Dublin to Portugal two weeks following that.

I am facing the same situation in June, can I ask have you come back to UK after your Tier 5 visa expiry finally? If yes, is there any problem of the immigrate to UK?
