Mn1 final documents check

Hi
I just have received my ILR and wish to apply my uk born children registration on mn1 form and submitting following docs with application plz advice if anything more I need to send
Original Child all passport
Original child birth certificates
Original child current brp cards
Child one Picts pasted where refree singed
Photocopy of my ILR brp as I m traveling don't want to send original
Photocopy of my current pasport

I am confused that they just need one picture as normally they ask for two and I could not find the new payment slip as I have to apply for two kids and it's reduced fees and finally HO accept just simple photocopy or I needs to go for NCS or at gestation from solicitors
I can't go to NCS as there is no dates upto2 weeks

i also had 2 week waiting time for checking service so i submitted the application myself. Photocopies are okay for your own passport/BRP cards/ILR approval letter. I sent original docs for my two children, i.e passport,birth certificate, BRPs.

The application fees is in a different form, for two it was £1178 as far as i remember. So i attached two application fees forms but put the debit card details in only one, and on the other one i wrote refer to 1st form for debit card details are both children`s fees is combined.

What about the picture does howants one only which is paste ir one more attached with clip
And also I could not find new fees form for mn1 as website is still showing old fees if anyone knows how much for two kids now plz share or send link plz

I am in process applying MN1 form for my kid born in UK. As NSC is much delayed service, so preferring to apply by post.
1) How do I make payment, as payment option is not there on form.
2) Below list of document need to be send (just for confirmation, if any thing missing)..
a) MN1 form
b) Kid passport
c) Full Birth Certificate.
d) MY ILR (photocopy)
