Getting New Passport

Hi All, I have Tier 2 ICT Visa and BRP Card, Since I have taken my passport in 2006 , My appearance has been changed lot from my passport Photo. I am planing to get a new passport. Do i Need to transfer Visa to new passport or its not required because I have BRP card ?

Not required if you have a BRP
Char (CR001 not Casa)

even if you have a vignette in passport you can carry new passport and old together no need to transfer to new passport.
You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.
