Tier 1 General ILR: 5 year continous period; late arrival

Thank you very much for this great forum.

Please expert help me for my ILR visa.

I will have to apply for ILR end of this year.

Visa Start Date for all : 1-1-2010

First entry in UK
My self : 5-02-2010
My Wife & Daughter : 14-02-2010

First Extension
My self & All Dependent : 10-12-2012

Late Entry for My self : 36 days
Late Entry for My dependent : 44 days
Outside UK after first entry for all : 21 Days

Total my self outside UK during 5 year period : 57 days
Total my dependent outside UK during 5 year period : 65 days

1) Can we apply for ILR or extension between 5-12-2014 to 25-12-2014?

Please let know under which visa category I need to apply?

yes, apply for ILR

but if your tier 1 expires on 10th december best apply at least on the last day it is still valid, or earlier so long as it is no earlier than 28 days before 1-1-2015

eg between 4th and 10th december

not sure what is the significance of the 25th here?
