Tier1(General) ILR : 5 years period

Post by Macro_Run » Thu Apr 24, 2014 2:06 pm

Hello Friends,

My first Tier 1(General) stamp on : 19-07-2009

My first entry to UK on : 30-09-2009

Am I eligible to apply for ILR 'July 2014' or 'September 2014' ?

If I am eligible to apply in 'July 2014' what I need to fill in the form.

7.11 How long have you lived in the UK Years : ? Months: ?

Please advice me anyone. Thanks in advance.

You are eligible to apply within 28 days before 19-07-2014. With regards to answering 7.11 be honest and tell the exact years and month. Case worker knows that you get 3 months concession to come to uk from the start of your visa.
