set F consents

who signs the

-'consent to home office checks' - says 'from the applicant' but it's me the sponsor that's giving the info
-'joint bank in name other than applicant' sections

this is a dependent application for under 18 child.

step-father is providing sponsorship(i.e. the financial support), mother is legal guardian and also name on the joint account, plus the applicant is 15 year old daughter/step-daughter.
