NADRA NICOP UK

Hello,

I am hoping someone can help.

I need to get a NADRA NICOP card for my son.
I am a wheelchair user, so find it difficult to get around.

I applied to Bradford Consulate with a postal order of £64 for fast track.
The guy replied back saying give me a further £39, so I sent a cheque, he refused to give
it me because he wanted a postal order?! He told me I was not in his area he told me to go via Birmingham.
I put in a compliant, although I knew there was no point.

I tried ringing Bradford, Birmingham no one answers ever. Email is as bad.

Does anyone know, can I apply by post to Birmingham, or do they just do a walk in service?
Is it wheelchair friendly in Birmingham?
What is the cost for childs first NICOP?
Is there anyone to complain to, who cares in UK or Pakistan?

Did you manage to get NICOP? I live in Reading and wants to know if I can apply for NICOP at Bradford or Glasgow via post?
