Not recieved fast track

Any help folks,

Ive applied for a one week fast track passport on the 1st of July which hasnt appeared. After calling them everday and requesting in total 7 call backs noone has called me back. I have contacted my local MP who has tried to get information on why my passport is being delayed but seemingly to nothing.

Has anyone else experience this delay on a fast track? I am flying on Monday but it doesnt look likely anymore. This is for a replacement lost passport.
