English Language Requirement

Hi everybody, will appreciate your help with this question:

I am filling the online application and the appendix 8 for my visa, and not sure what to write in the english language part.
My CAS letter from the university says: "HEI sponsor has made assesment", so I figure I should check this option in the application.
But the thing is that I took a TOFEL exam as part of my application to university, it was one of the requirements. (no problem with the TOFEL, i took it before april 14 so its ok).
So my question is: should I write exactly what my CAS letter says and still submit my TOFEL test, or should I write that I took an english language test?
