My Visa is Approved!! Thanks everyone for the support

I would like to thank one and all active on this forum for their advise and support, I might not have appeared in too many posts asking questions thats because have always found answers through others posts, cheers to all those who asked questions and all who answered them!


My case is as follows;

Application Made - 09th October 2012
Biometrics Done - 22nd October 2012
Query to send Service contract and fresh bank statements - 04th April
Submitted all documents - 08th April
Approval Letter dated - 12th April
BRP Still waiting

1 HOW THE CASE WORKER CONTACT YOU ? PHONE EMAIL OR POST OR IS THE BUSINESS EMAIL ?
2 DO YOU HAVE UK BANK STATEMENT
3 DO YOU APPLY AS A PARTNER IF YES THAN UR PARTNER RECEIVED A LETTER AT THE SAME TIME ?

She sent an email to my business email despite me writing me personal email address on the application, that must have been one of her test to see how active I am in business, she seem to have copied that email from my website! ADVISE - Always have all website details accurate and keep checking

I would like to mention she was pretty impressed as she received documents on 08th straight away, it may be common but I got a thanks for quick response email back from her as she received my documents.

I had maintained all funds 50K and maintenance in UK personal accounts.

And, I applied as individual.

My job title was Systems Analyst as I have almost 8 years experience in the similar field. And I did not include any business plan.

MS IT degree from Kingston University

I did not have any contracts in the beginning and I didnt want to force one in so sent without any contracts or invoices, luckily I found a client in Heathrow Airport - in January, and another contract with one of another IT company as a consultant. Sent all this when she asked for in her email on 04th April.

OTHER WISE THEY DON'T GIVE A DAM N REFUSED FOR A SUCH A MINOR THINGS LIKE DEMANDED CONTRACTS N BANK STATEMENT N WE HAVE SEEN ON SUCH FORUMS THAT THEY EVEN REFUSED FOR NOT PROVIDING A LAND LINE ON THE CONTARCT OR DIRECTOR NAME ON FRONT PAGE .
