Tier 1 Entrepreneur Refusal with No Appeal Right

HELLO EVERYONE. ME and My friend apply Entrepreneur Visa 1 month before but today i receive my whole file back from home office with the letter that your remain to leave has been refused and you don't have a right to appal against this decision.
could anyone guide me what i do.???
They Said My Venture Capital Firm Is not registered with FCA but i check on FCA website it is registered with them.
PLEASE GUIDE ME IF YOU KNOW ANY BEST WAY

Is your last visa still valid or u apply out of time?

@Kamiajmal , can you plz write , what venture capital firm through you applied your Tier 1 enterprenure visa , and when you received your refusal , do you have still leave to remain visa ?
