Need help on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa from Pakistan

Hi. I hope u Alla are fine.

Need some info regrding tier 1 entrepreneur from pakistan.

I have done MBA FINANCE from pakistan in 2009 and went to UK for Acca from Kaplan in 2010 August on a student visa valid until 13 dec 2012.
Unfortunately after hard studies i wont be able to pass any Acca paper just 1st three exempted. So i decided to do level 7 edexcel as a similar studies and then came back to pakistan on 12 dec 2012. I am now 31 years old..

I have 200 k £ funds and £4000 for maintenance from feb 2014 and have 5.5 band Ielts.

My questions.
1. What r the other document which need to sumbit.

2. Is my UK history effect my visa case.

3. Where to find or get help for business plan.

4. What u suggest do i apply myself or by a consultant. They r demanding £2000 fees only.

I think you should go through the guide and then come up with the points on which you need advice. No one will be able to answer you like that.

Regarding your UK background , i know one person who was refused because he did not completed his education in UK and the case worker wrote in the decision that " I am not convinced that you can run the business in UK keeping in view the fact that you failed to complete your education in UK"

But this is up to the case worker so if you have a genuine business plan then its ok.

One more thing how long u have to deposit 200k into ur personel or business account. i.e. 3 months for maintenance fund...

I read all the guidance but they did nit mentioned about outside UK requirement. They did not tell that we need a Business Plana nd Market reseach for new business. Can anybody tell what is documents requirement while applying feom Pakistan..

I think it's much better if you search the forum instead of asking same question again and again. There are many people who got visa from Pakistan.

i think you apply yourself.
you have 200 k and keep them in saving account with extra maintenance fund.
you should submitted bank letter showing funds with application and genuine business plan & market research.
it would be better if you have business experience.
if you never violation immigration rules then no problem.
