Spouse/ ILR depandend visa

Post by orlince » Mon Jul 21, 2014 11:33 pm

Hi
Can any one help me regarding spouse visa application as I am applying for ILR in August 2014? My current status is as follows

1: I am applying for ILR in August 2014 (Entry in UK August2004)
2: All my time period in UK I am in Tier 4 general student visa.
3: My wife came in UK 2008 since then she was in depended visa.
4: we don’t have children.
5: I (main applicant) don’t have any income due to no work right on student visa.
6: My wife’s income less then 18600 GBP (P/Y).
7: We don’t have any saving’s.

Can any one please let me know which application I should use for my wife’s application?

Regard’s

Thank's for the reply but recently I am seeing some friend's case FLR(FP) and FLR(O) both getting refused, is there any way to be 100% shore the application will be successful. and if the application refused what can I do later on?

No, there is not. Appeal a refusal?

Thanks’ for the previous reply, with the recent update can you pleas let me know is Trinity College London b1 exam valid or not, this is for my wife as spouse visa and we think to apply FLR(FP). She passes her exam around 6/7 month's ago.
