Previous payment pending: Need Information on Tier 4 Rules.

Hi,

I had previously studied on Student Visa in UK in 2008. Therein, I had bought a laptop on contract sometime in August 2009. But, my father contracted cancer and I had to come back to India after my studies. In all this rush, I forgot to pay the remaining amount (It would be something about GBP 400). Also, I had an Account with Natwest that I Closed before leaving. I had completely forgotten about the contract because of the ongoing tension, else I would have paid the remaining amount.

Anyway now, I have received an Unconditional Offer to study a second Master's from UK. Now, I am not sure if my previous credit default will create an issue or not. I am not even sure if there has been a CCJ in my name. I tried to find out from Trust Online, but it doesn't seem to accept the address.

I am extremely worried about this. Can someone please help if my pending amount will have any issue on my Tier 4 Visa?

Since its not a criminal offence so it won't affect any visa application.

Once you are in UK you can contact the company and settle ur account.
