Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant

Hi All,

I want to apply Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant visa for my wife who is in India. I am a bit confused about the maintainance funds.
How much funds do i need to show for 90 days.I am in the UK since 2009 and got Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa after PSW 4 months ago.

The safest option is to assume the person stayed less than 12 months in UK.

The trick part is when UKBA will consider his stay in the UK! It can be interrupted as from when he got his T1 visa.

Because main applicant( which is you) have already got visa, and you are in uk more than 12 months so you will only need to show 630 pounds for 90 days. A lot of my friends got thier dependent visa with meeting minimum maintance requirement. thanks

regarding maintenance funds which one is correct? I found two documents on www.gov.uk and they are really confusing.

i am staying more than 12 months in the UK and applying for dependent visa for my wife from outside UK

the document on this list says 945+630 for 90 days which makes up 1575 for 90 days

point number 48 of this document says 945+650*3=945+1890 for 90 days which makes 2835 for 90 days

confused. any help will be appreciated

BOTH ARE CORRECT!

The first example is assuming only one dependent and the second one is assuming 3 dependents - spouse + 2 children. What's the big confusion in that?
