Hello Savvy people,

I am Irish national - Wife is EU Citizen. I applied for my mother tourist visa as I have not seen her for 7 years, so called, genius DOJ refused it. Do not ask why but I think due to my ethnicity.

Now, is there a law under which I can get my mother here. I just want her to come and stay with me and my wife for a few months. I have enough money to support her so there is no issue. I became Irish national about 2-3 years ago under EU law married to EU citizen. I have a good job and good salary.

Any law??

Tell me What Documents Submitted from your side and your mother side? My parents recently got visa from India with out any problems.
