ILR for complicated situation

Helo members.

It will be relay great if some can help me in this.

I have completed 5 years in UK with no gap or any other issues. But my confession is 1st 2 years(28 April 2009 to June 2011) i was a dependent to Tier 1 general and the remaining 3 years ( June 2011 to till date ) as Tier 2 main applicant. Can i apply for ILR ( I was working all the 5 years, i have p60 for all 5 years.

Please help me clarify.

Paragraph 245GFof the rules will not permit that time to be aggregated towards the 5 years.
