Hi All,

Could you please let me know how I should answer the below questions please?

What should i answer for the below question for my daughter who was born in uk and this is her first application.

C5; Have you previously been granted leave to
enter or remain as the dependant of the PBS main
applicant on which you are dependant?(Yes/No)

Below question is for my wife and son, they have had previous application but they never got any ref number should this be main applicant number?

F1; Have you ever had a Home Office or UK Border Agency reference number assigned to you? (Yes/No)

What should the response of this be for my 5 year old child? I am working, my wife is not but we all live together.

N13; Has the PBS main applicant you are dependant upon had, and still has, sole
responsibility for your upbringing?(Yes/No)

Hi there,
Am applying for ILR in oct 2014(was on Tier 1 general)
But i have a problem with my dependant, the reason being
once she was caught in shoplifting, but she paid the amount of the item,later
(shop manager)took her surname from d card she paid, askd her first name n wrote
it on a piece of paper and said to her itseems they would pass on her details to the police.

Now my question is vil this be a problem in getting my ILR.
Is this a criminal offence??? Should i mention in my application?

plz help as am in gr8 tesion .
