Full name on Passport and Initial on Degree Certificate

Hi,
I have to apply ILR for my wife in 3 months. She already completed her Masters in India, so for satisfying the english language requirement I thought of submitting the following.
1. UKNARIC - Statement of Comparability
2. University letter from India stating that the degree was taught in english.

Her degree certificate is having the name as "Joxxxxxx R Nxxxxxxx A" but her passport is having her full name as
First name: Joxxxxxx Rxxxxxxx Nxxxxxx
Sur name: Axxxxxxx

Can someone please tell me whether the above name abbreviation will create any problem on her ILR application?
If so, what can I do to rectify it?

It won't be a problem.
However, if you need any proof just get a letter from notary solicitor (for surname has initial only or anything related name correction).

Just to clarify, where do I need to get the notary verification, either from India or UK?

Check it first here in UK(while going carry all related original certificates), if not, get it from India.
