ILR SET(O) June 2014 version

Post by majumdar.anamitra7 » Fri Jul 25, 2014 10:22 pm

Hi All,

I have my ILR PE0 appointment booked in Croydon along with my wife and daughter on 29th July 2014. I have filled the SET(O) June 2014 version. Recently on the website on 21st July 2014 a new Julu version has been updated for SET(O).

Can someone please confirm that we can still use the SET(O) June 2014 version on 29th July 2014?

I don't think you can use the form

it clearly states that SET 0 FORM , version 07/2014, must be used for applications made on or after 21st July 2014.

Good luck mate..i hope all goes well for you

But as paragraph 34I of the immigration rules the old version can be used till 21 days from the date specified on the new version:

34I. Where an application or claim is made no more than 21 days after the date on which a form is specified under the immigration rules and on a form that was permitted for such application or claim immediately prior to the date of such specification, the application or claim shall be deemed to have been made on the specified form.

Can any senior member please advise.
