ILR depdendet visa for baby from India

Hi Ya,

I have a query about ILR depend visa from India for my baby.

Since March 2013 my husband and I both are ILR visa holder. Both of us moved to India on April 2013 (due to my pregnancy) and my husband started working for UK based company in India . As he was working for same company ' A' in India (from April 2013 – June 15th 2014) and from 16th June 2014 he has moved back to same company 'A' in UK as well.

During his stay of 15 months in India he has paid tax to Indian company and salary was given in Indian rupees only

I have following queries
1)
For our baby’s ILR dependent visa could we include his Indian salary slips (probably last 6 months pay slips) + his recent 2 months (UK company) salary slips? Do you reckon does both Indian + UK company salary slips would be helpful for our baby’s ILR dependent visa?

Or else

Do you reckon we should wait for minimum of 3 months for UK pay slips and then only apply for baby’s ILR depend visa in India?

2) Query about Visa fee

For visa fee payment do we need to have credit card details only or even Indian axis bank debit card could also be acceptable for visa fee for my baby in BHC in India?
