Tier 1 ( Ent) in Appeal procees, can change to Tier 4

Hi,

My Tier 1 (Ent) application is in appeal process, is it possible to change tier 4 student visa,

i came in 2009, completed MBA in 2011 but student visa continued until feb 2012,

in Feb 2012 i got, in Jan 2014 applied for Tier1( Ent ) Refused with Common reasons

like funds not yet invested in Business, no evidence of experience ...etc

Am with dependent, can anyone please let me know about the Ph.d Course and details...

my appeal is going to take long time, i need to go back home for some personal reasons .....

Yes you can switch to student at any time during your appeal. You can go for PHD or Level 7 course in HEI to accommodate your dependants with you. Search suitable course for you.

Hi shakk, I think u can switch to a level 8 course but since u don't have UR passport etc with u , I wonder how will someone issue u a CAS. Any experienced person, a suggestion needed

Hi,

No one will issue you a CAS unless you have your passport and all other supporting documents ready. You have two options here.

1) Either you withdraw your appeal and make a fresh application or
2) You wait for the outcome of your appeal.

Since you have a masters degree, you can only study for a PHD with regards to academic progression

Am sorry there s not much you can do if you dont have your passport and other documents
