Name on ILR not matching passport

Hi,

My wife's Indian passport still has her maiden name and we used that to get her BRP ( which is also in her maiden name). We now want to renew her passport but also make the name change to her married name. Can we travel outside UK and reenter using the BRP ( with old maiden name) and 1 new passport ( with married name) and 1 expired passport ( with old maiden name) ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is official, that her name has changed due to marriage i.e., name is changed in passport, then she would have to report that her name has changed to the home office.
