Capita Letter recieved on Behalf of Home office [FLR(O)]Help

We are the overstayer family of 4 people and we recieved the letter from Capita on behalf of home office about the currant circumstances form to fill in. i have my 2 childrens under 18 years old and please someone help me with this 7 year child rule, what will happen now? we have returned the form to capita and we are now waiting for the decision. please help me what will home office do now because we are under the 7 year law :( hoping for the positive replay by the home office. anyone experienced this problem? we have been in the uk for 7 years now.

Where were the children born, how long have they been in the UK?

Childrens were born in the india and they have been in the uk for 7 years and they are under the age. now what's going to happen?
