Fazer when did they send you a letter for interview or they just send you an email ?

They issued me letter for interview, The date on letter was 9th of july for both team members. I received on 14th of july and had to confirm them by 16th of july by email which Me and my team member did it by email. that we are attending the interview on the given time and place. Both team members were interviewed at the same time. Different people interviewed us.

I took 12 to 14 extra documents, which i gathered to prove my business running and active. The guy who took interview of team mate didnt take any documents from him and said to him he is not allowed to take any documents where as I was interviewed by a woman and I submitted her extra documentation and she took it and said she will forward it to my case worker. I also asked for the copy of my answers of the interview. which later I was emailed by Temp. Migration Team.

Interview lasted almost 1 hour for me and my team member interview lasted 30 mins.

Bro you can ask anything here aswell, Maybe your question and our discussion help other ppl as well.
if you are after interview questions, give me till tomorrow I will post the questions which were asked to me. As i have the copy of Qs. and you can find other questions on this forum as well.

But keep in mind one thing, you should know your business very well and inside out, I was asked about the services in details aswell. Interviewers Asked me make her understand how does VoIP works. So whatever services you have mentioned in Business plan you have to have a proper grip and command on those. If not just read about those in advance and be prepared.

And nowadays they are not asking same set of questions from everyone. In my case question were divided in different sections and were tailored according to my case.

Today my team partner received a letter from home office that your application raises exceptionally complex issues and we cannot decide your application, within eight weeks time.

They send this letter to my team member only.

Can any one explain, what will be the next step of home office ?

I received similar letter, in which they said we are sorry we cant decide your application with in 8 weeks, and we need to interview you people.

So probably the next step from HO will be that they will call you guys for interview.

But they didn't said any thing in the letter that we need to interview you. They just mention, we cannot decide your application within time frame. Just want to know, even then they can ask us for interview or they will decide it without interview.

In my case it was mentioned in the same letter that they need to interview us. And the letter for interview came next day after receiving this letter.

In your case they might not call you for interview but there is high possibility they will, rest hope for the best and be active in your business.
