Article 8 appeal tribunal questions.

Post by kalakala » Fri Aug 01, 2014 2:57 am

Hi,
I am going for an appeal soon in first tier tribunal, however I am aware the judge or Home Office Presenting Officer may ask me and my wife questions to prove our subsisting marriage. I am also told they will ask us in separate rooms.

Could anyone tell me what sort of questions they may ask us?

I look forward to your responses.

Thank you

Highly unlikely - but if they ask anything - it'll only be the kind of questions a loving husband/wife combination would know easily ... where you work ... favourite foods ... etc.

People panic about this sort of stuff unnecessarily. It isn't an exam to pass - it's some questions about your life.
