Tier 4 visa

Post by ali20000 » Thu Aug 07, 2014 1:56 pm

Hello everyone,
I have applied tier1 enterpreneur visa in feb2014 which refused in May. My appeal is in process and hearing date is in November.
I am now want to apply as a tier 4 student.
Is it possible if I withdraw appeal and apply student visa?
Will there be any impact on me I.e overstayed statues or impact on long residency as I have 8years and 3 months in this country.
What is the best procedure to follow up ?
Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

You ll need to withdraw your appeal before you can reapply as a tier 4 student. Any college or university would want to see your original documents before they ll sponsor you.

@smart choices
thank you for your response.
is there any way I can apply where my long residency will not be affected?
obviously, my all documents are with home office as my appeal is in process and hearing date is also in few months.

So far as you have an appeal pending, you are allowed to be here. your long residency is not impacted yet.

thank you
I just want to know that what is the best way to switch into tier4 without breaking the chain of long residency.
I am confuse now as If I withdraw appeal and apply for tier 4 visa, what will be the circumstances.
I cant wait for hearing date in November due to course starting in September.
I will be very grateful of your feedback.

youPal , the best way to switch is to make a request for permission to FTT to withdraw your appeal , 3 days after switch or make a new application for tier 4 . Before the treat your request ,, UKBa will have acknowledge your Tier 4 application
NOte: Dont withdraw your appeal without making an application f or a tier 4 visa. That will invariably affect your affect your long residency

Get a Cas letter and put in for a Ti er 4, times it does not really worth the headache
