Tier 1 Dependant Visa process+requirements

Hello

I am settled in UK on Tier 1 (general) visa and recently got married to a girl in India.

Can someone please provide me the latest list of documents required for 'Tier 1 dependant visa'?

If my wife applies from India, approx how long would it take for her to receive the visa?

I know the basics but detailed information would be great, such as how much minimum balance do I need to show over a period of time, what docs do I need to submit as a self-employed indivual etc.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
