l1applicant gf- the company says....

So I'm girlfriend of blanket applicant l1 he have asked several ppl in HQ ,company lawyers and they keep saying that's no importance if we married or not I can go with him work and study, from all what I readed I'm very confused, its massive international company, very important one. What to think? He trusts their lawyers and don't want marry before got visa because they can put off his proposition /declared before as single/.
