Days out for dependent

Dear all

i m bit confused about the days for dependent, could please someone answer it. i am on tier 1 general and i have my dependets here, my question is:

How many days she can stay outside the UK in one year, ??

Her plan is to go abroad to see her family for 170 days, does it effect on the time of ILR when she applied .

It shall be fine.
Continuous leave does not apply to dependent.

For main applicant, it is 180-days in a continuous 12-month period.
