Work visa for fiance??

Hi,

I am a british citizen and am engaged to an Indian citizen. My fiancé has been here for around 8 years. She studdied at uni here and then has been here since. She initially had a post study work visa and now has a sponsored Tier 2 work visa.

She is wanting to leave her job however all the job offers she get are not willing to sponsor her visa. Is there any other way she can apply for a visa? We are due to get married in August next year. We do not currently live together.

Any help would be great.

Getting tier2 sponsor is not easy. Best option is to wait until she gets married to you and then immediately u apply dependent visa for her. This way she can apply for her ILR sooner (after few years) than resetting her clock if she loses TIer2 visa.
