Please help me property inspection report

Hello dear,

I would like to call my brother on family visit visa for short period . I am sharing two bed room house with my one friend . I have my Shorthold Tenancy agreement and also my landloard permission letter for my brother stay.

What i really would like to ask ,do i really need Property inspection report for my brother family visa. I am confused some said Yes ,some said no. If Yes then where can i obtain it.
