Settlement-which form to use

Hello all,
An interesting question has been asked to me:

If someone get ILR based on Tire 1 G but his/her dependents are still on Tire 1 (G) Dependents visa, which form the dependents are supposed to use to apply for their ILR?

I think, its SET O but not sure. Please confirm.
