ILR First year outside UK for 150 days without job

Hello,

MY situation for Tier-1 to ILR application is straight forward, except for the first year. I got my Tier-1 in 14 December 2009, and I first came to UK on 24-December-2009 and stayed only for a week. I only came back to UK on 10-May-2010, after getting an offer from a company. So I am absent from UK without work for about 150 days. My question is,

Will this be an issue?

Who will authorise my absence?
