Property document for Family visitor visa

Hi,

I am planning to invite my mother here on a family visitor visa. As part of proving her strong ties in india, I am thinking to attach some of the property document which is there on my fathers name. Does this document required to translated into english ? Also, do i also needs to attache the valuation certificate for this property ?

Yes. I think property document is helpful. Translation should also be submitted in case of Document is not originally in English. I have recently applied for family visitor visa and submitted these docs, result is still awaited.

I would recommend valuation, I could not submit this though.
