Tier 2 Restricted cos august 2014

Hi all,
My employer has applied restricted cos on 5th of august 2014. Still my application 'pending' status. I do not know why still 'pending'... Anybody have idea...

Could anyone tell how much time it takes for getting cos once the employer applies for it? What are the limiting steps?

When you write pending status- is there a website to check the status? Or this is what your employer or HR conveyed to you?

HR conveyed to me. I spoke to HR then they checked the application status.. Told me that still shows 'pending'.

My employer applied for a COS on 5th of August and the request has been granted on the 12th. The UK website also says that the allocation meeting took place and COS have been granted. Here is the link.

If it is pending that normally means they have asked for more information. So by default it goes into the September panel assuming the additional information gets supplied.
You HR may know more than they are saying.....
