What visa for sister of Residence Card holder?

Hi all members,

Could someone tell me for what visa can we apply for sister of my non-EEA husband holding RC (Im EEA national married to my husband for 7 years)? We want her to visit us for about 3 months but we are not sure where to start from?

Any advice please?

How about General visitor?

Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
